OBJECTIVE

Facilitate tools for finding your way safely through the experience of pregnancy, understood to be a profound time of change with new physical experiences and challenges. 

RECOMMENDATIONS

Find the optimum balance of intensity and ease. Involves moving between lying, sitting, standing and if you have the space, some traveling. Take breaks when you want, change what I offer to suit your needs, and encourage you to play. If you have specific pregnancy/health related conditions and have recommendations, please follow the advice given by your midwife or doctor. Never hold the breath or push yourself.
