Theme of Exertion and Recuperation / Anahata chakra (heart)

Aims:

  • Learn positions to take rest at a time of interrupted sleep, especially building muscle memory with lying on the left side of the body.
  • Develop confidence with getting in and out of the floor in different ways to accommodate your bump and changing experience of centre of gravity.
  • Get used to short phrases of activity and rest in between as a way of preparing for intensity.
  • Cultivating connection to the heart, self-love and compassion.
