Connect with the body and improve improvisation.


Create a comfortable space and set an intention for the practice. Keep water and a journal nearby. Stay connected to your sensations (physical and/or emotional, moving from that place and finding neutral sensations if needed). Go at your own pace. Handheld/homemade instruments can also be interacted with. Option of voice work (as quiet or loud as you like, based on the realities of your space).
