Introduction to Kalaripayattu, the oldest surviving martial art in India.
In Indian martial arts you found lots of unusual stretches and posture, you have to observe your body while doing it, once you find the correct posture and position it becomes easy to move and then you can go with more speed, It`s recommended that you practice for basic and focus on your own body. This course is aiming for beginners so if you can find more relevant challenges, move slow till you are confident enough.
