SueKi Yee was a soloist at ADC Malaysia (ASK Dance Company) from 2016-2019, and currently works independently as a dancer, choreographer, and instructor.
With a background in contemporary dance and ballet, she also started learning various traditional folk and classical forms while pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Dance (Hons) at Aswara (the National Academy of Arts, Culture and Heritage) where she graduated from with First Class Honours in 2017.
She is particularly interested in improvisation as well as cross-disciplinary creations and has collaborated with musicians, actors, installation artists and make-up artists and finds that working across art mediums really inspires her to discover new possibilities in the process and creation. She also has experience working with communities through art.
