We will share regular live classes for our community with different teachers on a donation based with the objective to introduce you to new approaches and enhance your training.
Starting with Joana Meneses BodyRoots™ Fitness Founder. She is an 18 year full-time Fitness Pro, that strives to combine movement in ways that make you forget you´re working. To her, movement is poetry and every BODY should have the honor of writing it`s own. Expect her class to combine different approaches from yoga, to pilates and barefoottraining.
Joana will be sharing a class each month, every last monday.
