This workout plan is created by Bboy Salo as he uses these exercises on his daily routine to improve his performance. It´s applied to Breaking technique but can be useful to any other dance style or practise as it approaches exercises on strenght and coordination and challenges your stamina.
Advise: warm up and find a comfortable surface before each video. This can be considered a high level and intensity workout so gradually apply the exercises and the number of rounds and repetitions to your level and body condition.
Continuous combination of the 4 exercises previously explained with the number of repetitions suggested. Warm up and find a comfortable surface before iniating this video. If you can´t execute properly the number of times suggested, stop and rest between exercises and once you improve your practise try to increase the number of repetitions.
